How to start your t-shirts order?

- Design: send your design if available;if not, you can send us the clothes image you like and logo/pattern you need, then we can make the drawing for you.
- Confirm the type and size of the T-shirt: like producing men’s T-shirt, women’s T-shirt or children’s T-shirt, straight cut or slim fit, UK size or US size. You can send us your size chart also.And if tell us branded T-shirt or promotional T-shirt etc,we may give you our best advices .
- Fabric: custom made according to your pantone or choose fabric from market,like 100%pure cotton, 100%polyester,95%cotton5%spandex, bamboo fiber, poly/cotton blended fabric. 100% cotton good for daily casual wear, 100% polyester for sports wear. The wide range of selection can meet most of your needs with multi colors.
- Logos: use printing or embroidery for designed logo . Printing can be screen printing, digital printing, etc. For sure, you just order plain T-shirt, and make your own design by yourselves after receiving.
- Quotation: base on your requirements on material,color,size,logo,order qty.
- Sampling: produce the sample and send to you to check the detail and quality before mass order or mass production.
- Mass production: base on your comments on sample, we produce the batch order.MOQ 100pcs per design and color for stock colors.Custom dyed t-shirt MOQ is 500pcs.

Customize your design with your own logo by printing or embroidery, those 2 way have their own advantages and you can choose either based on your needs. Due to cheaper on cost and faster in speed, printing are widely used on promotional T-shirts. In addition, we suggest using 200gsm or heavier fabric for embroidery t shirt.
2. Custom color
We can custom dye based on your pantone with certain MOQ ,or choose different color from color chart .There always over than 60 colors for your selection.Most of the time,we can match the color on your design. We will provide suggestions if need.
3. Custom size and pattern
Please kindly note the differences it have among Asian/Eu/Us sizes.And you can also tell us the T-shirt pattern you need, loose, casual, slim fit etc.You can use size chart we suggested according to your market or we can produce according to the size chart you provided, including like the chest/ body length/ shoulder etc.
4. Fabric
It’s very significant to choose fabric to produce T-shirt, you can have your own special request of the yarn count,component,fabric weight,color fastness,handfeeling,functions etc. Been a professional T-shirt manufacturers, we will suggest relevant fabric per your needs.
5. Request

Our standard production of plain T-shirt
1. Collar
The collar of a T-shirt reflects the conscience of a brand and the production level of a clothing factory. Common roundneck is 1.5-2cm high elastic rib, tight and not easy to deform. Some clients may like using self fabric to do the neck collar. We will complete the production according to your requirements.
2. Sewing
The hem and cuffs are usually sewn with double stitches, with a width of 2cm. Of course, you can also ask us to sew with wider edge, it all depends on you.
3. Labels
The main label is used to show brand information and orgin .The size could be marked on main label ,or put it aside it seperately.And the washing label is used to show the washing instructions,it always put inside seam place.We could also put them all in 1 fold up label to save cost.
4. Hangtag and packaging
The price we quoted not included hangtag and pack the products with transparent bag. If any request of hangtag and customized packing, please feel free to contact us.
